Objectives

The project was designed for Youth Workers (YW) involved in the youth education field. Mobilities' goals were to make youth workers aware of the knowledge they need in order to be able to create a good entrepreneurial learning environment for youth, through their curricular or extracurricular activities, which will later be transferred to young people. We delivered certain knowledge during the sessions of the Training Course (TC) held in Poland and also we showed during Study Visit (SV) in Finland various entrepreneurship best practice examples and how schools or other institutions are making a priority from entrepreneurial education. The project was addressed to youth workers able to reach youth from remote areas, but also to youth workers who are facing fewer social, geographical, or economic opportunities. We had as participants teachers, social workers, leaders of youth organizations, and active members of student organizations. The project's main intentions were to transfer packages of knowledge, through the first activity and show practical examples through the second activity, to participating youth workers who were delegated by our partners and are in contact with youth facing fewer opportunities and who are jobless or at risk of unemployment. Trainers put also put an accent on the social enterprises economy elements, as a solution for increasing both competences and the number of working places, but also the community-oriented enterprises or family-set initiatives.
