It is an exchange using interactive, innovative and creative methods of non-formal education in the fight against sexual prejudices. The overall goal is to work effectively and respectfully at the intersection of gender identity and prejudice. It also aims to develop the skills needed to engage with people different from themselves with an open mind by accepting diversity and encouraging young people to do the same. The objectives of this youth exchange are: - Increase awareness and understanding of different sexual orientations - Recognize and challenge existing stereotypes in European or European societies - Promote intercultural learning - Help participants cultivate transferable abilities to their own environment - Explore and develop flexible skills Combination and cultural diversity - Create a space for sharing good practices around prejudices related to different sexual orientations - Help participants identify common challenges, opportunities and solutions in this area of work - Learn more about the Erasmus + program and create new partnerships and projects.
