Through this project, we want to discuss about the wealth and diversity of our actual cultures and share these knowledges to different communities and generations, following these objectives: -To develop participants' critical thinking in a contemporary social issue in order to enrich their personal development and involvement in the society, thus through sharing cultures and experiences at an international scale -To improve participants’ skills at a professional and personal level to upgrade their employability, foreign languages competences and ensure a better recognition of these competencies to open new career opportunities and build networks of international contacts. -To promote our culinary heritage and strengthen the feeling of belonging to a common Euro mediterranean area and a collective identity, fed with a multicultural history and bring a new point of view on the phenomenon of immigration. -To support participants' personal autonomy, initiative, confidence and respect toward difference, being actor in a project, living in a group of multicultural participants, and expressinging themselves on common values.
