The 3rd edition of the Europe Convergence project, scheduled for 2020 then 2021 in Mondovi (Italy), Torres Vedras (Portugal) and Dijon, had to be postponed to 2022, following the health crisis. The teams of young journalists, musicians, cooks and communicators were finally able to meet in turn in their 3 countries in May, June and August 2022. The Europe Convergence program, created in 2019 (under the name Convergence Balkans), invites, for each edition, young people from several cultural disciplines (cooking, journalism, music, etc.) to associate and converge together successively in their 3 countries. As part of the 2022 edition, 40 young people from Dijon, Italy and Portugal therefore met, for one week per country, in Dijon, Mondovi and Torres Vedras, around a series of informal learning workshops. The intention: to offer young Europeans in the process of professionalization the opportunity to train collectively and informally in other countries, through workshops and the creation of content (editorial, culinary, musical, audiovisual). ...). By discussing together the practices specific to each guest country, the young participants are encouraged to evolve, develop their skills and create together experimental content or new working methods. In general, E+ projects are an opportunity for us to demonstrate the effectiveness of participatory spaces of solidarity, questioning and creation, between young European actors, with the idea of supporting the new generation in a world in constant evolution, towards a Europe which needs to be innovative, ecological and social. Goals : Declination in 2 transversal components: internal (informal and non-formal learning between participants) and external (creation of content for the purpose of raising awareness among young people and integrating the public). - Understand, analyze and compare current European issues - Make young people aware of their European citizenship, their ability to understanding, expression, action and transmission - Make existing solutions visible - Create a multilingual exchange network, promote intercultural dialogue and develop associative or non-governmental, local, regional and international cooperation - Create communication and mediation media adapted to our generation using an educational discourse non-formal simplified in English to make it intelligible and transferable to all - Acquire individual and collective skills (international project management, practice of several languages, etc.) - Organize free unifying events and participate in the integration of people with fewer opportunities (such as refugees, job seekers, people with disabilities) - Allow young people to network to enter the job market
