PROJECT CONTEXT : Discovering of eco-responsible practices through sport activities The project is part of a process of dialogue between peers, intergenerational and on the other hand echoes the objectives of the Europe 2020 policy in terms of climate change, energy and inclusive growth. This awareness will support the fight for environment protection, will tend to make young people aware of their ecological footprint and their role for the future. In addition, this project comes in the Paris 2024 perspective and aims to make young people aware of an inclusive and multi-cultural sport practice. To live in a world more tolerant and respectful of human rights, more respectful of our planet, to encourage citizen engagement, it is essential to support young people to realize that their actions count, that they have the power to act. This project is for our structures a lever for sensitizing local communities and inhabitants to the issues of social diversity, inclusion and protection of the environment. Finally, our three structures are sensitive to the issue of protecting the environment and the planet and tend to make young people aware of this global issue. We were able to discuss our respective expectations, our common values and our motivations to co-build this project. In addition, Kadi and Monica are both sensitive to the transmission of young people for young people, strong values that the MJC Montchat carries.
