Today, economic and social conditions are changing rapidly, and jobs and labour market needs are changing. The development and acceleration of technology require the emergence of new professions. A wide range of IT and technological skills are becoming important. It is these new technology-based professions that the next generations need to be prepared for and equipped to take up these new professions. Therefore, our project aims to introduce the 4.0 industrial revolution (robotics, 3D printers, VR, AR, drones) to youth workers so that they themselves can learn about these new technological achievements and pass on the experience they have gained to their own organisations and to other organisations in their countries. The "digital revolution" is moving ever faster and its impact is being felt in all areas of our lives. It is having a huge impact on both human life and business. We presented the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and its impact to 27 young people from 6 different countries in the context of Youth Mobility. We had already participated in such a mobility project before, where we ourselves were participants. Now we tried to pass on what we learned there to the participating youth workers, complementing it with the knowledge of our own experienced trainers so that they can pass on this knowledge and this acquired knowledge in their own countries as "technological revolutionaries". According to the European Commission's 2020 Strategy Paper (EU 2020), the economic crisis has reversed the EU's economic growth and employment performance over the last decade and there has been a 4% drop in GDP across the EU. It found that 23 million people - 10% of the active labour force - are unemployed and that EU industrial production is falling back to 1990s levels. Youth employability is a vital issue for our society. Given that youth is one of the most important milestones in society, the impact of the industrial revolution on youth is an important issue. The technologies of the industrial revolution 4.0 (robots, 3D printers, virtual reality) are like "carrot and stick", especially for disadvantaged young people. Therefore, youth trainers play a very important role in today's modern learning organisations and with their help, we manage to arouse the interest of young people to learn these technologies that are changing day by day. As a result of the personal interviews and the face-to-face interviews with young people and their families, we found that these young people were not aware of these new technological achievements. This lack of knowledge led us to design the "TECH4YOUTH" project for youth workers. Unfortunately, the introduction and education of new technologies in schools can only start much later, as education systems are very slow to react to changes. Non-formal and informal methods are therefore a priority in these areas. Teachers who are able to use non-formal teaching methods and are familiar with new technologies are needed. They can introduce them to young people, transfer their knowledge and orient them towards these professions. Our objectives for TECH4YOUTH: 1. to develop non-formal education methods through learning about new technologies. 2. to share experiences and raise awareness of the use of innovations in information technologies 3. to increase the knowledge of disadvantaged young people about modern technologies in order to reduce their disadvantages 4. to familiarise young people with the applications of modern technologies 5. to inform young people about new business areas in line with the Europe 2020 objectives. 6. Gain an international dimension within the European Training Strategy (ETS) 7. to familiarise young people with techno-entrepreneurship 8. acquire management competencies such as planning and organisation, analytical thinking and group decision-making 9. to put into practice the principle of inclusive growth in the context of the EU 2020 strategy (to achieve high levels of employment, fight poverty and modernise the labour market) In order to achieve these objectives, the following priorities have been applied in the dissemination of modern technologies: - 3D printers - Artificial intelligence and robotics - Virtual reality - Augmented reality - Drones As an NGO, we need an international framework to: -to carry out our work in a European dimension -Access the material and intellectual resources needed to achieve our objectives -To be able to create an international environment to replicate our organisation's youth projects. - Gain international experience that we can use at home.
