The aim of our project called „Young detectives” is to implement a double exchange that deals with current issues affecting young people, crime prevention and victimization. It is very relevant in our current fast-paced world, when concepts such as respect, tolerance, empathy are increasingly pushed into the background by the online world. Many young people become victims or perpetrators, which afflicts disadvantaged young people even more. In many cases, school and family are helpless, but peers and the community can have a great responsibility in preventing it, since these days our young people turn with their problems to their friends, peers, rather than their family members. Our aim is to provide alternatives for the young people involved in the program, which will help them get into the position of neither victim, nor offender. We want to make them aware that the community is important, but that quality relationships make a major contribution to the prevention. In addition, valuable leisure activities are also important, and our aim and task is to encourage them to it.
