Since the European Union is facing more and more new challenges based on the globalization, all citizens needs to have a wide scale of competences in order to be flexible and adaptable for the fast and intensively changing world. Professionals in relation with young people (teachers, youth workers, youth leaders) has a key role in ensuring the competences that helps young people to be able to adapt changes smoothly flexibly. Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship competence helps people to be curious on the society and environment. With these competences they can be able to take the opportunities. This means knowledge, creativity and willingness to renew things, as well as taking risks and prepare plans in order to reach goals. This is the bases of those special knowledge, abilities, behaviours that young people need in the everyday life, in the society and in work as well. This project is coherent with the EU youth strategy, because it increases the youth participation in the society through youthworkers’ actions. It is in line with the Erasmus+ goals in youth politics, because it recommends actions that increases the quality and professionalism of youth work based on the good cooperation of the partner countries. This project coherent with the national priorities, because it develops youth workers for being able to use non-formal methodologies within their target group. We prepare youth workers to use proper methodologies and tools to be able to support their target group in improving the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship competence. This makes young people more opened and willing to discover the attributes of their closer and also wider environment. With this knowledge they will be able to take the upcoming opportunities. Planning, organizing, managing and leading, sharing tasks, analyzing, communicate, good decision making, evaluating experiences, measuring, managing and taking risks, individual és teamwork, ethical behaviour. These are essential skills to became and entrepreneur, but also these are usefull for all the young people that willing to live as individuals. In our project we use experiential learning in order to youth workers could authentically promote them for young people. Also we use experiential learning to provide colorful and relevant amount of methodologies and good practices in order to be able to improve their target group, their personalities and to help young people to have better opportunities on the labor market.
