Healthy Life and Integration and its partners, Natura Hungarica Foundation from Hungary, Together Macedonia from Macedonia and Parcours le Monde from France are actively working with young adults for years. Our goal is to help them have balanced life, having appropriate education, resulting in successful career at work coupled with happy and healthy private life. To reach this complex and complicated goals generally - we help young adults to find what are they good at, - we show the beauty of diversity in every field of our life, - we show the possibilities and the benefits of lifelong learning. We can do these using SWOT and different analysing methods, but in an easy an inspiring way, like a SWING. We have the experience and the information from young adults, that they 1) do not know, what are they good at, 2) do not know their real values, what really internally motivates them, (often they mix up expectations from peers and trends with real needs/ inspiration), 3) can easily have prejudices, but cannot handle when they are different from the average, even though they do not want to be conventional and "average", 4) know that there are hundreds of possibilities, but do not know, where to find them and how to match them to their own preferences and personality, 5) do not know how to learn/work efficiently and how to keep motivation, be positive and resilient. Our goals are in line with the problems listed above: 1) To be aware, to know one's strength, competences, language knowledge. 2) To be aware, to know one's motivations and capacity. 3) To gain open attitude towards, and respect for diversity of cultures and their forms of expression. 4) To know one's possibilities to develop one's strength and competences. 5) To motivate, and develop one's resilience to pursue and succeed at learning and/or at work as well as generally in life. We build in this project on the following basic but crucial elements of a personality and of our community. These elements also build up our concept and the title of our project SIMPLE+. S for Strength – Our success in life, learning and working environment is based on how much we know ourselves. As Lao-Ce says “Who knows others is smart; who knows himself is wise…” We believe that all social competencies start with self knowledge, having a clear picture who I am, what are my strengths and weaknesses. I for Individuals – Only after understanding ourselves can be the next step to try to understand others and connect to others. All of us are individuals, we can be similar and different in many aspects, such as age, gender, nationality, culture, personality, motivation. etc. Our aim is show how we can use our difference in the effective cooperation. M for Motivation – In order not to become or not to stay a NEET, we also need to find our inner motivation which drives us to do or not to do things. We have to find the passion which leads us to follow our dream and make them come true. It is highly connected to our personal values. P for Possibilities – Beside self-knowledge, people knowledge and motivation it is also important to have a clear picture about our possibilities in life, labour market and employment. L for Learning – The whole project is a learning process, based on formal and non-formal methods, and experimental learning as well. We strongly believe in lifelong learning, and passionately support others’ learning processes. E+ for Erasmus+ - We are all dedicated to the core values of Erasmus+, which gives us enormous knowledge base, professional background, network of dedicated organisations and individuals. It contributes to our continuous professional and international development and hopefully to the realisation of this project. We are also focusing at the development of the youth workers and the organisation itself in the project. We as youth workers and facilitators have the objectives - to experience, that we youth workers are not alone and we are not wrong, because others face and solve same problems, - to show, disseminate our results so as to stay resilient and give positive example, - to learn tools and methods used by other organisations efficiently. To lift our NGO-s we would like - to lay the foundation of a strong strategic partnership among partner organisations, where we can share good practices regarding the help and mentoring adolescents and adults to live a balanced and successful life, - to make networking, so as to be more international, flexible, open and innovative.
