At local level the impact of the project will be guaranteed in each country by the local presentation on the ideas realized by the groups of young people and in which at least 15 participants in each country will participate. In addition, participants will be supported, as far as possible, in carrying out their own start-up projects developed during the exchange. With the implementation of these activities we expect a direct involvement of various local realities and young people in the community. During these activities we will briefly explain the Erasmus + programme and the scope of youth exchanges. The partner associations will have the opportunity to disseminate locally the result of the project and all the ideas of the groups will be collected on a wordpress site created with the support of a volunteer of No borders who works as web designer. At regional and national level, No borders Association will disseminate the materials produced during the project like photos and articles through its online media, in particular through its website, Facebook page and Instagram. We will use our online platforms to reach young people who are interested but they didn’t have the opportunity to participate in international experiences. At the end, at European level, the collaboration between No borders and the different partners of the project will have a multiplier effect in the territories in which the different actors operate, and will permit to enrich the network of contacts between European associations working with young people and with the Erasmus+ program. 36 young people from 6 European countries will take part in this exchange. Six partner organisations from Portugal, France, Italy, Serbia, Lithuania and Romania will be involved in the project. Each partner will promote the project in its own territory through meetings, events, social networking and its own websites. Stakeholders involved in the project will mainly be organisations and institutions and the local community. The impact will also affect the international level regarding the dissemination of the Erasmus+ programme and the understanding, by the organisations present, of the great importance that intercultural experiences can have in the formation of young people's identity.
"Design your ideas" is an international exchange on youth entrepreneurship that will take place in the city of Cosenza, and involves 36 young people between 18 and 30 years in collaboration with 6 different European countries Portugal, France, Italy, Lithuania, Serbia and Romania. With this youth exchange we want to give young people a space for reflection on their ideas and work as a catalyst for the promotion of entrepreneurial projects from different realities. This process will be the first step for a positive change in the daily reality of these young people, of which they are the promoters. During the youth exchange will be used non-formal education and intercultural learning methods with those tools "Design your ideas" aims : - to spread the development of creativity and entrepreneurial ideas with an impact at local level; - to promote good practices in the use of resources; - to acquire soft skills useful for the introduction in the world of work - develop public speaking, time management, task management; - to learn how to work, discuss to find solutions to practical problems within a multicultural group; - promote active citizenship within their community; - promoting methods of entrepreneurship with social implications; - to spread tolerance and understanding of multiculturalism; - promoting the Erasmus+ programme and its values. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to get in touch with new ideas on the topic and to develop a pilot project that will be part of the follow-up of "Design your Ideas". In this way they will acquire a method that they can apply to their future projects. In the end, the participants will be promoters of the results of the youth exchange and of what they have learned in their reality, once back home.
