"Youth & Volunteering" is the result of the experience and cooperation between the partners in the field of volunteering and the fight against youth unemployment. After some analyzes that have ascertained the lack of knowledge among young people of volunteering and the ever-growing unemployment of young people, we decided to put this project proposal into action. The main objective of the exchange will be to promote volunteering, all its forms and how to use it to combat youth unemployment through the experience and skills that can be acquired. The exchange is based on the methodology of non-formal education and tries to get a great visibility both at local and European level to volunteering and its powerful means. "Youth & Volunteering" will introduce to participants, as well as to local youth, the new possibility of acquiring skills and knowledge that can help young people in their search for a job. Among the main objectives: - giving young people with fewer opportunities to take part in international mobility; - to develop the knowledge and skills of the participants so as to be more competitive in the world of work, such as linguistic, social, presentation skills, etc. - make all forms of volunteering known to local participants and young people; - promote the European Solidarity Corps program; - motivate young people to be more active and participate in volunteer projects; - building tolerance and understanding between young people from different countries, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
