With the project "Artistic Animation as a Tool for Youth", we wished to implement a training course for 24 trainers and youth-workers, active members of the organizations joining this partnership, that work with groups of youngsters (from 15 to 25 years) and focus on art workshops in their educational activities. We wished to create, therefore, a project partnership composed of 8 organizations from 8 Programme Countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal and Turkey. Furthermore, we aimed at enriching our territory, more specifically Naples, thanks to this training course, but due to the COVID crisis and a limited infrastructural availability, we moved to Benevento where we rely on other working premises and the project was finally held for 7 days, from 24th to 30th October 2021. Here are the themes chosen and their related objectives achieved: 1) "New innovative curricula / educational methods / development of training courses", for the introduction and adoption of new training activities, together with new methodological tools, priority of the partnership that has always feelt a constant need for updating and improving the activities for youth. 2) "Creativity & Culture", which describe and allowed the implementation of the main performing and street arts such as dance, theatre, juggling and music. These express the core of creativity and culture in youth associations, where numerous art workshops are held for a balanced physical, mental and emotional development of the youngsters. 3) "Entrepreneurial learning - Entrepreneurship education", as within our partnership social entrepreneurship is a strong distinctive character. Only a minority of people active in non-profit sector and social work have permanent contracts, thus we found a strong need to be trained and updated, in an international context, on the theme of social entrepreneurship, to empower professional attitudes, skills and competences while granting more opportunities to our staff and youngsters..
