The international project "Rhythm of EU" was conceived with the intent of supporting young people from different countries and different contexts in their social inclusion through different forms of artistic expression such as music, recycling art, free movement, single and group meditations. According to statistics, 6% of the European population over 16 years feel lonely. Among the factors causing this feeling are distinguished unemployment, economic problems and lack of confidence of young people in the possibility of achieving their goals. In addition, the spread of the Internet and social networks has multiplied instantaneous links remotely, leading to a virtual community open to all, to the creation of temporary links, to the possibility of assuming different roles and identities, to express oneself without constraints or fears. The consequences of this situation can be found within our target groups, in communication with young people and with partner organizations. These considerations have brought 4 organizations from 4 European countries to the design of a project that supports the personal growth of the individual in an intercultural context, the rediscovery of authentic bonds with oneself, with others and with the world; the free and creative expression in the form of music, art and movement, the sharing of emotions, feelings and fears within one group. These are the main values that all the partner organizations involved in the association have in common with "Rhythm of EU" project. The project promotes: -The development of young people's awareness and the importance of artistic expression as an instrument of well-being and interpersonal connection. -The increase of trust in oneself, in others and in the community. -The increase of empathy awareness as a way of social inclusion. -The sharing, creation and dissemination of methods and activities of personal growth by the participants towards the communities they belong to. -The increase of national and international cooperation between organizations and institutions with the use of innovative communication platforms for work groups.
