Europe is evolving faster and faster, and needs a stronger common identity to nurish people’s sense of belonging to the european community. During our several experiences in european projects we observed how one the worst obstacles to that is the linguistic barrier. Many countries of the Eunion underevaluate this problem, or ignore it completly.The young pople are the most affected by this sitution. Those who cannot solve the problem on their own, end up being isolated in their realities. All of this gets worsen by the way in wich the social dynamics are changing, to the discharge of interpersonal relationships. Shout it out wants to give the capacity to overcome this problems. Our objectives are: - The creation of an environment that fosters learning, dialogue and that moves the partecipants to get out of their comfort zone ; - To foster individual growth through the group work and the free expression ; - To provide soft skills useful for everyday life, through non formal education methods ; - To mprove interpersonal skills thorugh verbal and non-verbal lenguage ; - To create a community consciousness ; - To improve the english level of the partecipants; - To encourage the involvment of young people that is usually put aside from this experiences, to improve their participation to mobilities; - To enforce and share European values - To promote intercultural dynamics - To foster the curiosity, trust and hospitality of young people towards the others
