According to the aims of the Erasmus+ program and mainly to those of the Key Action 1, participants experienced a gradual and organic path which went from personal development to intercultural society, passing through their own communities. Starting from fundamental aspects of identity-building, with particular focus on self-esteem and sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, the different experiences have been shared, so as to promote the exchange of contents based on mutual listening. That supported the appreciation of the different socio-cultural and ethnic realities, and the beneficial provocations (as well as opportunities) which have arose from them. Furthermore, participants were encouraged to take challenges, not only by improving their foreign language skills, but mainly acquiring useful tools to understand better the local craft activities and their evolution and role in the modern globalized society. Specifically, the learning outcomes envisaged for the participants were aimed at achieving the following skills: - the development of a critical and proactive approach on the theme of interculturality, so as to understand through the mutual differences the common values of tolerance, freedom and respect for human rights; - a free, aware and responsible approach to their own identity, that enabled the relation with others and with the world, with the aim of fostering the development of a personal life project, and also to pursue ideals of inclusion and social solidarity; - the detection of the value and contribution of the entrepreneurial dimension within the labour market; - a better comprehension of the territories and their citizens, especially of the roots and the history of European peoples; - language skills improvement.
