Eurostat declares (31/08/2018) that unemployed under 25 in the EU number are 3,325,000 and that 2,365,000 of them lives in the euro area. Only 6.5% of young Europeans are "self-employed". Many of those who want to become entrepreneurs often decide to go in other countries, such as the United States because they believe that there are too many obstacles in Europe. In the EU, agriculture provides work and income to rural communities, which inhabit and manage around 45% of the territory. Job opportunities today are undergoing, jobs with permanent contracts are becoming increasingly scarce and concentrated mainly in public employment and in large companies, but in Mediterranean countries most companies are SMEs. One way to combat unemployment, especially among young people, is to create an own business, but almost no school prepare for it.For this reason we have decided to bring 30 young Europeans in Puglia. Wine and oil are by far the most important products for Puglia, which is at the top of the national ranking for production and export, the vineyards give excellent wines and provide excellent wood for work: almost 20% of the national production and 40% of the table one.It is also a region that invests heavily in innovation in agriculture and has a development model (the cooperative one) which is defined benchmark at national level. The Puglia cooperation establishes a first-degree cooperation system, active in diversified economic environments and rooted in the entire provincial territory. It has answered to a series of primary individual needs (consumer goods, labor, credit, services), and remedied the disadvantages of the small average size of corporate. It has a strong network, the Confagricoltura Puglia is at the center of this system, uniting, representing, protecting and promoting the interests of the members. The Trentino cooperation is, at the same time, a social and cultural movement, in constant dialogue with the community of which it favors the participation in the democratic management of the cooperative company. Drawing inspiration from cooperative values and principles and from Christian social thought, it is protected, together with other subjects, to resolve expectations for improvement of the integral well-being of the members and of all the members of the community. The goal of "Create Your Start Up" is to improve the entrepreneurial skills of young people in rural areas to prevent their marginalisation. The sub-goals are: - improve the entrepreneurial skills of the participants; - understanding the risks, challenges, potential and challenges of their rural community ideas; - encourage young people to consider entrepreneurship as one of the work options; - introducing the economy of the common good and sustainable agriculture; - offer a space to offer intercultural, promoting a culture of dialogue, tolerance and greater understanding; - offer the offer to implement communication in a foreign language (English); - promote youth mobility at European level. These objectives are in line with the objectives of the Erasmus + program and the goal of the program is the equity and inclusion of people from remote or rural areas, people living in small islands or in connected regions and people from areas with fewer services ". The project is in line with the specific objectives of Erasmus plus and in particular "to improve the level of competences and key competences with particular regard to their relevance for the labor market and their contribution in a cohesive society in particular through greater opportunities for learning mobility and through a strengthening among the world of" education and the world of work "; "improve the level of key profiles and competences of young people, including those with fewer opportunities and promote participation in democratic life in Europe and the labor market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue and social inclusion and solidarity, in particular by increasing opportunities for learning mobility for young people through strengthened ties in the youth sector and in the labor market " The needs of the young people to whom this project is addressed are: - Need a job that gives their dignified life level; - Need to get out of the cities to find out that it offers a poor quality of life; - Improve their basic skills to enter the labor market.
