Objectives

By executing this project we wanted to provide some specific tools and knowledge to people working in the youth field or who intends to work with young people. So, basically, the aim was training people in some specific tools useful in youth work. These tools are related to five main fields of knowledge specially useful in youth work and social entrepreneurship and developing these skills provides to participant not just profesional but also personal development. The main fields of learning were: 1) DEVELOPMENT OF AUDIOVISUAL CONTENT AND AWARENESS OF ITS IMPORTANCE. The creation of quality graphic reports, videos or photographs is a very useful, versatile and rich tool, ideal for the communication and diffusion of any type of project that has to do with youth. This is essential today, because to attract the attention of all kinds of agents, whether institutions, participants or workers, a good image is the main claim. 2) SUSTAINABILITY. Nowadays, taking care of environmental sustainability in all types of social projects is imperative for two reasons. The first is coherence with our society and with the youth of our working environment, future managers of our planet. And the second because, even if a project does not have to do directly with the environment, the application of good practices transmits values of respect for the environment. 3) LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT. When it comes to social entrepreneurship, having knowledge of this type is fundamental. Aspects of bureaucratic management such as travel issues, invoices, insurance, visas, documentation and logistics management as teamwork tools (Slack or Trello), use of ICTs to systematize and simplify would be addressed. Thus, computer tools, management techniques and other advice are part of this project training in order to make the management of paperwork and forms more efficient in order to produce clear statistics and conclusions. 4) WEB DEVELOPMENT. We believe that today, it is essential to communicate through the Internet and other ICTs. Developing a project website that serves as a platform for dissemination, communication and expression is a very powerful tool. 5) NON-FORMAL EDUCATION METHODOLOGICAL RESOURCES. The Erasmus+ programme is based on these methodologies, but non-formal methodologies are complex and many workers have superficial knowledge and want to deepen their knowledge. That is why we emphasize techniques of cooperative work, debate, evaluation or project work essential for this methodology to work properly. They are methodologies of a certain complexity and with great potential, which if it is key to implement them correctly and know which is the appropriate technique for each context. We also established a few of secondary objectives: - Establishment of intercultural ties - Improvement of English skills, especially at oral level - Promotion of the Erasmus+ programme - Creating professional links and encouraging cooperation between European organisations
