Ņemot vērā, ka projekts nav īstenots atbilstoši programmas “Erasmus+” vadlīnijās noteiktajiem atbilstības kritērijiem, kā arī pēc ilgstošiem pagarinājumiem nav iesniegts atlikuma maksājuma pieprasījums, komisija nolemj: 1) izbeigt gala atskaites izskatīšanas procesu, noteikt projekta izmaksas kā neattiecināmas un pieprasīt atmaksāt izmaksāto priekšfinansējumu; 2) uzdot S.Cīrulim- 2.1. iesniegt projekta “Room for Effective Integration”, dotācijas līgums Nr.2019-3-LV02-KA105-002855, gala atskaiti Mobilitātes rīkā un noslēgt to atbilstoši procedūrai; 2.2. nosūtīt projekta īstenotājam vēstuli par projekta gala atskaites noslēgšanu ar neattiecināmo finansējumu. The project “Room for Effective Integration” aimed to: 1) building partnerships between organizations working in the field of youth integration; 2) exchanging best practices and methodologies of effective integration initiatives; 3) developing a practical “Toolkit” of the best practices to foster effective integration; and 4) building capacity of youth workers working in the field of integrating young newcomers. The project was planned for the year of 2020, but because of the pandemic the project local as well as the main, international activity could not take place until the late 2022. Therefore with a few organizaions the contact was lost, some of the organizations did not survive the pandemic and are not actively working anymore or lost the interest to be a part of the project. The coordinating organization did all that was possible to organize the project and reach the objectives of the project, at least with the partners that were still able to be included. At the end, the organizations that kept interest of the project did the best possible and reached the aims that were set when submitting the application for the project to take place in 2022. During the project in 2022, the project met the planned objectives and 1) new partnerships were built; 2) the organizations and the youth workers involved did exchange best practices and explored methodologies to effectively work on the inclusion of newcomers; 3) the organizations worked and drafted the planned "Toolkit" of some of the best practices used within the partner countries, as well, 4) built capacity of the youth workers involved in the project.
