The main aim of project "Meaning for well-being" was using non-formal learning methods work together and create a safe space where we can explore the topics of mental health and well-being all together in an intercultural environment. We wanted to learn about ourselves and what is needed for us to improve our well-being not just short term but ensure that we know how to take care of our physical, social and emotional well-being. Objectives of the YE: 1. Raise awareness about mental health and how it affects one's personal and work-life 5. Explore how overall well-being is connected with active citizenship and higher job opportunities because only when you feel good you can create more good in this world. This objective was reached as most of the participants had tough experience of COVID-19 pandemic, meaning, their well-being and mental health was worsened during this period and they really had felt on their own skin how poor mental heath affects their personal and work life. We discussed this and shared with each other.
