The project "My skills, my job, my future" is a response to the theoretical style of teaching in our schools. The lack of translation into practice prevents the use of the accumulated knowledge, which, despite being highly educated, often experiences difficulties on the labor market. We have difficulties in directing our education, choosing the right path in life, and then in getting an attractive and satisfying job and effective career implementation. We are young people who will soon make their first attempts to choose a career path and then get a job. The project "My skills, my job, my future" was aimed at facilitating these tasks for us by providing us with experience related to individual economic sectors, skills essential from the point of view of employment, as well as independent running of the company. Through these experiences, we wanted to verify our potential and ideas related to the labor market, define our employee preferences, direct and plan the path of our future professional career. Participation in the project helped us to direct our further education to the relevant areas of the labor market and its needs, so that in the future we can choose jobs more consciously, effectively and satisfactorily.
