Objectives

The project is a joint initiative of young volunteers from Youth Human Impact Association and The Rising Stars from Italy. Young people on one of the projects noticed a problem resulting from the development of NEETs - early school leavers. Young people also noted that the percentage of young people participating in voluntary activities in the EU is low. Young people have decided to initiate actions to promote volunteering as an alternative to the growing group of people called NEETs - a term describing young people who are not involved in any form of employment, education or training. By promoting voluntary activities, young people want to prevent the development of NEETs by promoting voluntary activities as an activity in which they can gain professional experience and improve their competences.
