Realization of the project ''My Way to Entrepreneurship'' will meet the needs of all partner organizations within shaping entrepreneurial attitudes among young people form Poland, Spain, Estonia, Latvia and Bulgaria by youth workers who will take part in this project. Major aim of our project is to equip youth workers with such tools, knowledge and attitudes which effectively help young entrepreneurs (also those endangered social exclusion) to enter into labour market and notice the benefits of self-employment. Moreover, the role of youth workers is also fostering young people creativity, sense of initiative and dispel their apprehension within creating their own companies. The project will focus on the potential and competences of partner organizations which develop and apply various methods in the field of youth entrepreneurship. What is more, project ''My Way to Entrepreneurship'' will contribute to promotion of the objectives of the strategy Europe 2020, especially in the field of economic growth, employment and fighting with poverty and social exclusion.
