The main goal of the project is to equip people working with young people with appropriate competences that will enable them to use social media to create a new educational offer for young people and thus teach them how to use their network safely. Additional project goals are: - identification and knowledge of problems and current topics in youth work in the countries taking part in the project, - dealing with social media under the account of threats flowing from them, - dealing with European values - European integration, - finding methods and ideas for wider use of existing social media in youth work, - facilitating intensive contacts between people working with youth from different countries, - promotion of information exchange on the situation, everyday life, culture in the countries participating in the project, - perception of differences and perceiving the potential of diversity, - promoting creative skills of project participants, - preparing a public debate on the use of social media in youth education.
