We have created a training course and through it we will prepare a large group of people in a relatively short time to act as a group leader at international youth exchanges. This will strengthen the capabilities of our organizations related to the effective preparation of groups for participation in exchanges and will cause that many problems related to exchanges will disappear or be solved by well-prepared leaders. Thanks to the implementation of the project, we will provide skills development and raise the qualifications of people who decided to take the next step in the development of their skills related to active participation in international projects.
