'WE R ROMA - Working on Empowerment and developing Relations with the ROMA community' aims to empower youth workers / youth with an active role in society to work with Roma communities and other minority groups. These are the specific goals: -Increase the knowledge of all people involved about the current situation of ROMA communities and their lack of opportunities in Europe -Develop in the participants a deeper understanding of the difficulties felt by Roma people - Encourage an active citizenship practice - Strengthen the values of equality, justice and human rights among all people involved in the project. - Provide participants with skills and knowledge to adapt their work to Roma communities. - Discuss and think about new ways of Roma integration, as well as promote or increase tolerance in European countries. -Create strategies, methodologies and tools to work with Roma communities -Produce digital content about strategies, methodologies and tools used in the project progress, which support future for young workers and / or anyone working with these communities.
