The participation of youth in this European activity helped them to increase their confidence and self-esteem; acquire and promote values such as respect for other cultures, tolerance, etc.; establish new relationships; among other features that help prevent and counteract depression. The objectives of the Erasmus + program established specifically for this Key Action were such as: promoting active participation, inclusion, contributing to raising awareness and understanding about other cultures and countries, profitable collaborations with entities from other countries or improving the support of youth workers for youth, etc. Furthermore, the project is in line with nine of the eleven goals of “The Strategy of the EU for the Youth” 2019-2027.
