One of the most relevant indicators of the 21st century has been the passivity that the relevant governments and institutions of our society have had in the fight against problems that have been indicted with critical content for the human species. Some of these have themselves associated catastrophes that will lead to mass extinction, including humans. With these serious crises occurring, one of the consequences has been a substantial increase in demonstrations by the younger layers who are calling above all action on some of these issues such as global warming. At the present time it is imperative that the whole population move to ensure a future for future generations. It is in this line of thought that young activists meet when they seek to assert their rights to take immediate action on some of these issues. These demonstrations have been the first step in attacking the preservation of the next generations and ensuring the well-being of today. The next steps should be to provide tools and procedures so that young people can promote initiatives at local level, where they are expected to create movements with greater impact over the years that seek to fight mistakes ignored by other movements. In this way, the "Talking About You(th)" project comes up with the personal development goals of young people seeking to raise their knowledge and leadership capacity in social issues at the local level. The exchange of methodologies and information among the participants of the various countries is essential for the understanding of the various techniques of approach of organizations, when faced with a local activity. The partners involved in this project seek to involve young people more in the various contexts of society. In projects predating this application, the organizations involved have shown improvements in the capacity to include them and a greater willingness to develop projects from a personal point of view on the part of the participants who have taken part in their exchanges and training. The reality is that in most cases the desire to carry out a project and its realization is only for the first action. Several factors may be associated with this veracity, such as the need to carry out complementary training in the area, obtaining denial from certain entities or poor management, organization and work support of project planning. It is in this last factor that we try to focus this exchange of young people. To create an initial approach to the project, to look at the problem succinctly and without seeking the solution immediately, to analyze the stakeholders to solve the problem and consequently to seek suitable solutions, this challenge being to encourage others to carry out the project, demonstrating the possible final results and the ability to disseminate conclusions not only at the end of the project but also throughout its execution. The aim of the project is, after the development of the programmed activities, to encourage young people to be more concerned about the way they prepare for the labor market and thus to transmit this concern to the communities where they are inserted, so that they value the knowledge in this area so that they understand the importance of breaking down linguistic and cultural barriers and developing their creative capacities. We also hope that they will become future transmitters of the ideals of this project and of the EU, thereby helping to create a more just, democratic and respectful civil society that allows the integration of all the cultures and diversities that coexist in Europe. In this case the needs and competencies that are sought to address although they are identical in their base can be very divergent among participants because they have a personal touch and are related to the project. Throughout the project, the needs will converge to competencies that are considered fundamental among those involved and will be based on the collaborative argumentation of the participants. Obviously it will be worked within each individual project and in a group later with the convergence to close ideas practical tools of planning and management of the projects that allow the successful accomplishment of the same ones and the valuation of these tools in the construction and passage of a simple idea for a final product visible to the community. This activity will allow the development of the main competences that we want to improve in the participants: language skills, social and civic responsibility, cultural and creative sensitivity and personal appreciation when searching and entering the job market.
