This project is the first made by the members of our association from the series of projects affected by the pandemic. The topic of the project was the main motivation of the mobility and of the partners. We realized that by implementing this youth exchange we encouraged young people to take the initiative, to be active and to make changes in their daily lives. Through this project we changed the stereotypes that young people in our organizations (in this case the participants) had, we managed to considerably reduce the discrimination they have towards other minorities or social groups. The partnership was concluded with NGOs whose members of our organization have worked in other Erasmus + projects, but we made a selection of the most motivated NGOs, with expertise, but also new-entry who were motivated to get involved in Erasmus + projects. After the discussions with the selected partners, we started to do, in the Project Writing Stage, the SWOT analysis of each organization and to see how all the organizations can get involved and what plus they can bring, what are the identified needs. We built the tree of needs to make goals and results. We aimed to adapt non-formal education methods to project activities so that we have the best results both qualitatively and quantitatively. Yeliz Sevim - Partner from Turkey, Katarzina Partner from Poland, Tsvetelina - Partner from Anastasia - Latvia, Mateor - Croatia and Donatas - Lithuania were actively involved in the project in all its stages: 1 Mobility training, 2 Implement activities 3 Dissemination and project evaluation. Each partner did research in the organization and in the local community by making a questionnaire to help us in the concrete identification of the needs. We set out the purpose of the project: To help young people realize the negative impact of discrimination and to make them stop discriminating. This was one of the reasons why we chose partners such as: Romania-Bulgaria-Croatia, Poland-Romania-Bulgaria, Lithuania-Latvia We have achieved the proposed objectives through non-formal learning methods such as: - ice-brakers, interactive games, - team building, - working in multinational groups, - workshop, - theater, - debates. A very important element was the promotion of cultural diversity among young people. Prepared from home with specific information about the region where they come from, they interacted according to the funding application submitted. The activities for the "Yes for Inclusion" youth exchange were planned in such a way as to achieve all the objectives of the project. The presentation sessions of the project, of the Erasmus + program, of the Youth Pass certificate contributed to the creation of the group spirit and to the facilitation of the exchange of information throughout the whole project. From the needs tree we extracted and formulated the project objectives, objectives achieved through the non-formal education methods used but also through the activities from each stage of the project. The objectives of the project were created SMART and achieved: O1. During the 24 months of the project, the 44 participants understood what discrimination is, stereotypes, prejudice and what their negative effects are. This objective was achieved through: activities-methods: Blue eyes, albatross method and workshop with young people and dissemination workshops O2. During the 24 months of the project, the 44 young participants developed their teamwork skills, helped young people with reduced opportunities how to integrate into society and 5 new methods of non-formal education to help them fight discrimination. This goal was achieved through: the storytelling method, the albatross method, the activities in the local community and the reflection groups. O3. During the 24 months of project implementation, the participants developed an open attitude towards the ethnic people / communities that discriminated against them and greatly diminished their prejudices and stereotypes about them, even empathized in this regard and are eager to make new ones. projects with them. This objective was achieved through: Blue eyes activity, fake news, activity in the local community, roll play, albatross method and DEOR stage activities. The role of the group leaders was an essential one considering that they guided the young people in mobility, and then in the DEOR stage they helped them in their personal development. The leaders helped the youth in completing the YouthPass. Our project has achieved the priorities of the Erasmus + program through the activities of inclusion, equality, diversity and non-discrimination among young people. At the same time, through the activities from the Dissemination Stage, the project had an impact at the level of the local community.
