The “IE” youth exchange was implemented between 20.01.2020-19.12.2021 with mobility between 14.06 - 25.06.2021, in Craiova, Romania. The project idea started with the designation of 2018 as the "European Year of Cultural Heritage", where the appreciation of Europe's cultural heritage as a common resource was encouraged. We considered that the cultural heritage of each nation is the bridge between the past full of history and the future that must be offered to future generations, without losing anything of its true value, thus contributing to the creation of strong communities. Traditions have always been a valuable source of income by creating new jobs for young people by rediscovering this intangible heritage and by reinterpreting the national cultural heritage in a digital age, thus supporting entrepreneurship among the younger generation, learning about " the traditional shirt ”and the significance of its symbol, being able to later initiate a business following the skills acquired in this project. The main objective of the project was: Development of attitudes of support and support towards traditional cultural values and entrepreneurship specific to the 3 countries Romania, Turkey and Bulgaria for a number of 39 young people, of which 9 with reduced opportunities, during 12 days; Through the specific objectives, the "IE" project aims to: - Awareness raising of 39 young people from 3 countries on the values and importance of tangible and intangible cultural heritage during the 12 days spent together in mobility, - Cultural interaction through the element "traditional blouse" (IE for participants Romanians, KLINSCI for Bulgarians and Yoresel Kiyafet for Turks), the stories and traditions associated with it for 39 young people from 3 different geographical and cultural areas of Europe during the 12 days of experience exchange, - Increasing inclusion and non-discrimination for a number of 39 young people from the 3 countries through facilitating access to non-formal intercultural education activities. The direct beneficiaries of the "IE" project were the 39 young participants from the 3 organizations in Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania, for a period of 23 months. As a result of this project, the indirect beneficiaries became their families, friends, colleagues and members of the communities from which these young people came.
