"School 4 future" is the first training for youth workers in our organization to reduce school dropout of young people with reduced opportunities economically, socially, educationally, in our community and neighboring communities, whose parents have gone to work abroad. Out of a desire to be together abroad, these parents persuade their children to drop out of school and often succeed. Even they live with their older brothers or grandparents, love for their parents is greater than the desire to finish their studies. Through this project, implemented between 15.01.2020-14.01.2022, with the training mobility between 27.06-08.07.2021, in Craiova, Romania, we wanted to increase the level of training of the main actors working with young people in our community , using non-formal education methods, because we needed Workers to know 2 working methods (ESPERE and Playback Theatre) and activities necessary to interact with young people with reduced opportunities in situations of social risk and to acquire the ability to build a program well structured in these activities. The main objective was: Training of 35 youth workers to use non-formal education methods for the inclusion of young people with reduced opportunities and the avoidance of dropping out of school. Specific objectives: -Increasing the skills for the 35 Youth Workers to use 2 methods of non-formal education ( ESPERE method and Playback Theatre) for 35 Youth Workers from 7 organizations; -Development of organization, implementation and evaluation skills for 35 Youth Workers out of 7 partner countries, to work with young people with reduced opportunities in order to reduce school dropout, using 3 types of games. -Completion of a digitized networking network by 35 Youth Workers from 7 countries participants in the “School 4 future” project for the implementation of non-formal activities to reduce school dropout. By participating in the activities within the Training, the Workers have developed their communication skills and the ability to work in a team, as well as the confidence in their own decisions to solve those situations of school dropout. The direct beneficiaries of this project were the 35 participating youth workers from the 7 organizations from Turkey, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Spain, Serbia, Poland and Romania, for 12 days of mobility.
