The aim (the general objective of the project) is to increase the degree of inclusion for 36 young people from 3 countries: Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, over a period of 12 days, by participating in non-formal educational activities and practicing volunteering. The SMART objectives are: 1. improvement of the practical skills for 36 young people, by participating in traditional creative activities, for a period of 12 days; 2. improving the level of competences and key skills for 36 young people by participating in non-formal education activities (Psychodrama, Playback Theater, Living Library), for 12 days; 3. increasing the involvement for 36 young people by creating a volunteer center of the association ATDE with at least 10 volunteers through the support and example of 36 young people during 12 days of the project; 4. multiplying the impact of the project by disseminating information and a good practice model for at least 30 NGOs and state institutions in Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
