"Speak your mind" was a youth exchange designed to give young people the chance to learn how to make their voices heard in any situation, through a creative, interactive and open approach, leading to the discovery of their potential to The project focused on the development of communication skills among young people in 5 European communities, through non-formal education activities, thus solving one of the common problems among young people, namely the fear of public speaking, respectively the fear. of expression. The specific objectives of the project were: -development of communication skills of 50 young people from the Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Italy and Romania, non-formal methods; - the awareness of the beneficiaries of the communication by the 50 young people from the 5 participating countries, as well as the way in which they can capitalize on this competence both personally and professionally; -promoting values: diversity, social inclusion and multiculturalism; - increasing the self-esteem of the participants by encouraging them to express themselves Through the project we wanted to create a space where young people feel comfortable and safe, where they have the opportunity to overcome their fears and self-imposed limitations and to realize the importance of public speaking skills, both in personal life and . in the professional one.
