The Project FAKE NEWS LAND will be held in Aiud, Alba County, between January-August 2020 and, from 16-31 May 2020, will include a Youth Exchange. The targeted objectives are increasing the awareness over the impact and the magnitude of the fake news phenomenon and stimulating the abilities to collect valid information in the mass of disinformation for 30 youngsters from Romania, Spain and Poland over the course of 16 days. 15 participants originate from underprivileged communities and belong to ethnic minorities confronted with discrimination or to categories such as NEET. They recount difficulties in obtaining valid, trustworthy information necessary for reenrolling in school or finding a job.
