In our daily activity we meet youth and their families, especially in international level and see a growing gap between people and the natural environment - especially among young people. The lack of knowledge about nature, conservation and nurturing skills, and experience in the natural environment. In our activities we are trying to spend a lot of time outdoors, connect with nature in this way to grow respect and careless attitude. Bet way to show clean areas and ecological environment, talk about it and provide information. In this way they can see the changes. Therefore, this eco-education project aims at young people to discover integration and harmony of nature, to anticipate the effects of their actions on nature and return effects. Ecology environment and it’s problems also solving decisions are very different in each country. That is why to gather totally different countries and exchange situations in their countries cam make a huge difference in attitude in every young person's mind. And after all, actions and the dissemination of information in the wider society primarily depend on the attitude and perception of the problem. Our organization implemented project in one of the most interesting ecological and environmental area, protected natural nature resorts in Lagodekhi region, Georgia. Understand the unique of biodiversity and importance of nature to humanity: global and local regulation of climate, water quality, economic benefits of nature resorts, importance of nature resorts for research and recreation. Due to human activities, nature resorts have decreased drastically and continue to decrease. We chose Georgia for this project, because this country has magnificent nature, but has a very lack of knowledge about it’s protection and recycling. The location was perfect to introduce the ecosystems, mountains and forests by establishing educational trails and educational programs. During the project we discovered what the nature management activities need to be done in order to maintain, in some places to restore damaged areas, to preserve unique plant and animal habitats, biodiversity. Different countries, has different climate and eco problems, one of the aims were to discover eco problems in partner countries, so we heard many presentations, had many discussions and made a lot of workshops in how to solve the problems. The objectives of the project: - to raise responsible attitude towards the preservation of natural resources, to contribute to the solution of environmental problems and reduction of the damage to nature. - to grow socially responsible attitude among young people in ecological topics, to awake their self-awareness, to encourage teamwork, to engage with the community, learn to collaborate, to share experiences with partners. - discover integration and harmony of nature, to anticipate the effects of their actions on nature and return effects. Non-formal education activities and various methods in the project helped to develop participants’ self-expression, creativity and initiative, what is one of the ways to increase the employment rate of young people, involve them in activities useful to society, and to increase their knowledge limits.
