This project is an opportunity for getting involved into the Erasmus+ program for young people which are (at least where we are coming from) usually excluded, because of their age. Project is offering international learning experiences to pupils in primary school. We would like to connect formal education and youth work, that is why the partnership is build from 2 organizations, both regularly working with local primary schools. Both of them are actively involved into the project through renting us the space for preparation activities. Furthermore we would like to offer more, better quality and mainly more structured experiences of non formal education to young people from our communities. Long term preparation period, implementation of the activity and its evaluation will form a strong group of young people, which will be active also after the project. With identifying the needs and working on them, they will become an active part of local community. At the same time they will also present strong friendship support to each other, needed in the cruel times of growing up. Objectives of the project: 1: Make a structured preparation for the main activity. Preparation will consist of 12 meeting in the length of 90 min and 2 Saturdays spent together. 2. Implement the youth exchange, which will base on the written needs and interests of participants. Learning objectives will be based on the needs and content of the whole project will be based on learning objectives. 3. Evaluate the project and upgrade guidelines for further development of similar projects. 4. Include formed group of young people into active participation in the local community. Based on expressed needs and interest of both groups of young people cooperating in the project, content will base on exploring the cultures of present countries, learning how to coexist in larger group of peers with different background, improvement of everyday usage of English language and upgrading competences of project management, cooperation in teams and communication.
