Project Migrantour-Next Generation is designed in collaboration between Terra Vera NGO (Slovenia) and Casba Coop (Italy). The activity of Youth Workers Mobility - Study visit at work will take place between 22nd and 29th in Napoli, Italy. Throughout the history, migration creates connections between different places and cultures, influencing the development od local environments throughout the world. In 2019, Terra Vera started implementing intercultural walks in Ljubljana, becoming a member of European Migrantour Network http://www.mygrantour.org. Refugees and migrants who have completed the training for Migrantour guides are guiding the walks, presenting the influences of migration on the city’s cultural heritage, uncovering secrets that even local dwellers find surprising. Migrantour - Next generation project will enable us to make first steps towards developing methodology of non formal learning which is especialy aimed at youngsters - migrants and refugess as well as local youth. We would like to develop and implement attractive, inclusive and participatory methods that would enable young migrants to belong to new cultural environment and foster opportunities in the fields of responsible, inclusive tourism and social entrepreneurship. Since Casba Coop has expertee knowledge on imigrant/refugee inclusion in this field based on years of experience, we have decided to desing a collaborative project which will enable our guides to make a visit, share experiences, learn new practice and implement it in their own local environments. The visit will also enable us to discuss the possibilities of further developing our tools and methods in frame of KA2 - Strategic partnership.
