The project "Mars and Venus or Man and Woman" is intended for 40 young people from children's homes, but also families from poor social conditions, many participants are also of Roma origin. The place of exchange will be the city of Trencin. In exchange, we want to move and direct participants on gender issues. These young people have distorted ideas of what is expected of women what of men ...... they live in facilities where they are more likely to meet female patterns of behavior, or are of families where there are atypical patterns of female man behavior that they have experienced in home environment. From the Czech Republic, 20 participants from children's homes as well as families will participate and 2 leaders will work with them to address gender equality issues within the activities of the informal group, and work with and have experience in addressing gender equality issues. The Slovak side also sends 20 participants, 2 leaders and 2 assistants and 1 nurse. The assistants and the nurse will be in charge of the participants, who have mainly mental health problems and also traumas from the past. Ensure that the timetable is strictly adhered to, assist in shifting to activities and, in particular, the administration of regular medicines that the participants take long and regularly. Many participants in the target group are not proficient in computer competences and do not speak a foreign language, their advantage is that they are diligent, want to address gender equality issues, take the right attitude to man and woman, not be influenced by the community they have lived. They are children with lower mental disabilities or health problems and often have difficulty completing elementary school. The specificity of the group is that it has a very strongly developed emotional perception of the surroundings and the community, so the program will also be adapted to their perception and needs, taking into account their health condition and management of the program. It is very important that they get the right view and opinion on gender equality issues and avoid problems in society in their future lives. The project will include workshops focused on various areas of volunteering. practical activities selected directly for exchange, but also theoretical knowledge and information, examples of practice and situations and role-playing games that they can master. We will point out positive examples of successful people who have not taken away from the views of the environment and despite the fact that the profession does not identify themselves with the profession of women or men, they succeeded in pursuing their goals and succeeding in life. based on their attitudes and opinions.
