The training „It‘s a HIT! – Heroes of inclusion and transformation“ in an implementation of the results of the strategic partnership „HIT“ and brings participants the first contact with experiential method called HERO’S JOURNEY and its theoretical basis anchored in the methodological guide „ Among heroes and demons“. Our aim is to sprad the method „Hero’s Journey“ method among professionals accompanying young people in the process of adolescence, seeking their own visions and goals. The mentioned method Hero’s Journey is a proven tool to support young people in the process of important personal change. Thanks to this method and techniques will be the youthworkers reliable guides in turbulent moments of a young person, that are so caracteristic for this period of life. All the methods and techniques support young people's initiative to positively change and recognise / follow their feelings and visions. The young people who know what they want, what they need, and where they are heading, such young people bring inspiration, energy, new impulses and space for innovation to their surroundings. Other objectives of the project are the theoretical introduction of the five chapters of the Methodological Handbook "Among Heroes and Demons", prevention of burnout of the youth-workers, creating new networks for future cooperation, motivating partner organisations to create innovative projects and link them to the HIT project platform.
