The objectives of our project are the following: We want to get an overview over the different legal, financial and social basises for volunteer youth group leaders trainings in each participating country. We want to negotiate the existing training programs and best practice to prepare volunteer youth workers in each participating country for their obligation within youth work. Subsequently we want to make up and define common principles we find necessary for training volunteer youth group leaders. As soon as we defined the principles, we want to define a framework for a future training program which is applicable in the context of each of the four organizations and further on in the four participating countries and even in any other country or context. In the best case we decide to buildup a Strategic Partnership and set the basis for an Erasmus+ KA2-application to then be able to create this very training program over a longer period of time and also be able to engage external experts who support us.
