The "Youth employment through development of soft skills" project was an eight-day Erasmus+ educational course (mobility of youth workers), the aim of which was to increase the competences of youth workers who work with young people with limited opportunities and to provide them with various tools (soft skills - management skills, communication, decision-making, negotiation, motivational and team skills) to empower and employ local youth. The main objective of this project was to explore and develop the concepts of employment opportunities, soft skills and social inclusion of young people with a lack of opportunities and to share best practices in inclusion and youth employment projects. With the aim of developing the personal competences of the participants on how to concretely work on the development of soft skills of young people in the long term and with the aim of raising awareness of the position of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, we wanted to contribute to the social and professional growth of youth workers. To provide them with knowledge and practical tools to develop soft skills and transfer them to the target group in which they work in each organization.
