Objectives

With this project, we want to incite participation of young people and new forms of youth participation and organisation. Thanks to this project we have the opportunity to stimulate creativity and critical thinking of young people and create the conditions for active participation of young people in the decisions that directly influence them and guide them to engage in life. The aim of this project is to connect young people from different countries and organisations so they could experience specific strategies about how to strengthen their rationality and critical thinking, what a person should do for not falling for lies and half-truths; so that they could select the information and live a calm and happy life. Guide the participants to the ability of being capable to get through a lot of information in a short amount of time, select the important ones from among them and then critically evaluate them, critically analyse the available data and distinguish propaganda, disinformation and conspiration theories from the relevant ones. The goal of this project is to try out the brief formulation of their own arguments and persuadingly deliver them to others in either discussion or written text. Thanks to the project there is the possibility of creating better and stronger ties between communities/organisations, but also between local governments, employers, etc. This project will use the methods of informal education for development of critical thinking and media literacy in young people and thereby contribute to the formation of value attitude and decrease in hateful expressions which are manifesting for example through radicalism, xenophobia and extremism. Young people from our organisation will participate in this project and they will be taught the basics of project management, give them the opportunity to organise their own Erasmus+ project and improve their competence in the sphere of management , time management and organisation skills.
