Although therapy is a concept that is becoming more and more well-known and the number of people experiencing it is increasing, it is still necessary to carry out awareness activities at a high level on a continuous basis. In our daily lives, where we are trying to get used to a completely different world order with the pandemic, experiencing different types of therapy in terms of understanding ourselves, struggling with our problems, especially physical and psychological, and feeling better, leads different masses to a significantly more active, quality and healthy life adventure. In this context, one of the cornerstones of the implementation of this project has been to bring people in need together with the right therapy methods, and especially to bring disadvantaged individuals to the benefits of therapy and therapy types. From local to regional, regional to national and international scope, introducing therapy and bringing it to the individuals in need, conducting innovative activities intertwined with the society, improving the behaviors that prevent people from developing, examining the existing negative thought patterns about themselves, minimizing the pain arising from physical ailments, coping with the symptoms of mental health problems, overcoming traumatic events in the past, and providing a very important benefit, especially for young people between the ages of 12-30, who will be reintegrated into society. Within the scope of our project, it is aimed to create a global global perspective of improvements, an innovative thinking environment and an awareness-raising project on different types of therapy, especially Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Sports Therapy, with the inclusive and instructive priorities of Erasmus+, and to spread it to target audiences. One of the main objectives was to enable young people to better understand the concept of European citizenship by entering into a cooperative environment that will enable them to better understand the concept of European citizenship and to experience concepts such as common sense, sensitivity, high EQ as well as IQ, having the instinct to act together, producing and sharing solutions to problems, leading, being involved in teamwork, and leading the way to spread the healing power of therapy, especially children with chronic diseases. On the other hand, another important goal was to establish an environment that enables the generation of innovative ideas such as comparing the level of impact of therapy types on different topics, analyzing the level of impact, and developing methods to increase the level of impact in discussion groups with our participants who have experienced the types of therapy, application levels and application methods of the techniques.
