Objectives

According to the research conducted by Yeşilay on internet addiction, it is not appropriate for children under 2 years to encounter internet, tv or computer. For the preschool age group, internet use is sufficient for not more than 30 minutes per day. In the first 4 years of primary education, 45 minutes of time should be reserved for games and entertainment. In the following years it is more flexible at the weekend, but 1 hour per day is suitable. In high school, 2 hours daily is enough. According to the researches, 3.6 percent of young people between the ages of 12 and 18 are considered internet addicts while 21.8 percent of them are at the addiction limit.
