Youth work is a progressive field that provides space and opportunities for young people to shape their own future and has a very important role for encouraging young people to take responsibility for others, as well as getting engaged and involved in shaping society beyond individual interests. Youth sector employs many people working as full time, part-time, periodical/seasonal workers or on a voluntary basis. In Europe, we only find a few countries with well-established youth work policies and structures, governed by public authorities with paid youth workers, developed vocational training and higher education curricula for youth workers. Youth Work in Europe started to develop intensively in the last decades, mainly through civil society organization and with mainstreaming Erasmus+ Youth programme. Up to now, civil society organizations kept their position as the main providers of Youth Work. With the increasing number and scope of Youth Work projects, the need for professionalism, standardization, and quality assurance work within the CSOs became a necessity. Therefore, it created a demand for professional youth workers and related studies at universities to increase the quality of the youth work implemented in EU and its neighboring countries. Although, the mainstream CSOs are providing less range of opportunities due to their lack of capacity, financial resources or human resources and they are not aware or not able to reach the other funds and increase their financial sustainability and diversify their funding opportunities while delivering services to its beneficiaries and increase the efficiency of its voluntary mechanisms to cope with the issue of human resources. Competition among CSOSs in the delivery of services and in the acquisition of donor funding is rising. To achieve success, CSOSs have to continually improve and professionalise their work, which puts more and more demands on the management and leadership of an organisation. This project aims to provide youth workers with core knowledge, practical skills and tools to manage and lead effectively a non-profit youth organization. It has two pillars, first the quality in youth work and second as CSOs management from development aspect through out strategical planning and it aims to increase the knowledge of youth workers knowledge in strategical planning, fundraising and working with volunteers in the field of youth work with the framework that proposed by EU as Youth Strategy between 2018-2027. The objectives of the project are; -To create awareness on the necessary of management measures to increase the capacity of the CSOSs working in the field of youth -To increase the knowledge of youth workers in strategical development of CSOSs and increase the quality and variety of youth services provided for young people in EU -To increase the financial sustainability of CSOSs through out providing information about the funding opportunities in and outside of Erasmus+ program -To develop partnerships in the field of youth work
