With this project we wanted to provide alternative services related abusement. As we mentioned in the project that it is an abuse of power over a young person and a violation of a young person's right to life and normal development through healthy and trusting relationships. According to field works, it is obvious that there is no standard definition of youth sexual abuse. Asn this is a big problem already in evey country. Our project iwas refered to gap between disadvantaged sexually abused youth's development in theory and practice in Turkey, Belgium, Portugal and Germany. We wanted to focus on how factors such as social class, peer and adult relationships, gender norms, and the media help to shape sexually abused youth's sense of themselves, future expectations and aspirations. With this project we also looked at about what it’s like to be young today. The general summary of the project objectives, while navigating vulnarable abused victimes and providing quality therapy services.
Reasons to Apply This Project: Family and Social services work directly with target groups of victims of abuse. It is easier to reach these target groups as a public institution. In addition, the services provided by the public for these target groups are not sufficient. The grants offered by the European Union programs to support such target groups are opportunities. We wanted to take advantage of this opportunity and bring quality and innovation to the services we offer. Our aim was to provide therapy services to target groups, especially victims of abuse, using innovative methods. Addressed Needs: -Target groups' need for advanced therapy services -The need for joint work of public, private sector and non-governmental organizations on the same topic. -To provide opportunities to young people who have never benefited from the European Union grant programs institutionally.
