The overall aim of our project was to raise awareness about the risks and negative effects on the environment produced by negligent behaviour regarding waste disposal. To reach the goal, we focused on examples of good practice and the power of the example. People tend to be receptive to positive examples and concrete actions. Following the project, beyond the power of the example, we had set out to make physical or digital materials (leaflets, brochures, video materials, etc.). The general objective of the project was the creation of an international network starting from the 5 partners interested in promoting good practices and raising awareness about the negative effects that the negligence towards the environment has on it, which will hold a minimum of 3 events annually (meals rounds, awareness campaigns, environmental actions) in each local community involved. At the same time, we proposed the following specific objectives: -informing 250 young people from the 5 communities of the partners about the importance of good environmental protection practices, but also about the negative effects that negligent behaviour can have on the environment, through 5 local events organised by the young participants supported by the organisations partner -raising awareness about the negative impact that negligent behaviour in waste disposal has on the environment, for the 50 participants present from 5 different countries within the 12 days of activities, through 3 specific activities (environmental actions, debates and group discussions) Last but not least, our project also promotes European values, being a multicultural project, in which 50 young people (from which 20 participants with fewer opportunities) from 5 partner countries will be involved, will work together in an environment that promotes tolerance, equal opportunities and good understanding
