The training course was designed to empower youth workers and youth leaders in the use of the wildly accessible digital video recording medium using smartphones to reach and engage young people. The participants were facilitated to exchange skills and knowledge to better understand the application of digital video in youth work, including how to plan, design and execute the digital video content to better reach and engage young people. The participants were to explore tools and exchange skills to help them plan, create and deliver an online video message in order to promote their NGO work, reach and engage young people, including the hard-to-reach groups, and to promote Erasmus+ program and its benefits. The activities were designed to take place in a multicultural environment with the participants representing multiple organisations, countries and cultures, thus providing a space where the participants could work within multicultural teams on various tasks and exchange creative, problem solving and technical skills that could help them contribute better to youth outreach and engagement activities within their organisations and their communities.
