We first wanted to get in contact with other European teachers which is essential for a modern school like ours. We also wanted to see what other schools in other countries are doing, how they are improving their teaching skills and what effect it has on their teaching and the learning process of their students. Another objective was also to improve and/or maintain the command of the English language and to update on Business English.
Education is on the change constantly and being teachers over 50 we want to be update on teaching methodology especially connected with modern electronical and digital means. It is very important to keep up with the students of today, to understand their way of life and to implement the digital means into class. This project offers us to get to know new methodology and apps we can use in class and get to know teachers from all over Europe who want the same as us. The exchange is very important.
