It is important for the teachers at the school to get up-to-date information directly on site and then to pass it on to the to pass on to students so that the lessons become more attractive. Furthermore, it is important for the teachers of CPR to be able to experience the lessons at a school in Europe in order to gain didactic and content-related impressions that can then be used in their own lessons. It is also considered to be able to start an eTwinning project or even an Erasmus+ project with the schools involved. In winter 2020, a European school in Brussels was visited by a delegation of directors from the Feldbach educational institutions as part of the Erasmus+ consortium project.
The HLW Feldbach has long since taken the European path and would like to delve into this area. For this reason, an educational trip with integrated job shadowing to a European city (Brussels was originally planned) is planned for interested teachers. The teachers should benefit from the job shadowing at another school in Europe and from the comprehensive program going beyond that, in order to be up to date themselves and to be able to offer the students the best possible teaching. The pupils will benefit from the knowledge gained by the teachers and subsequently perhaps also get to know the institution of Europe themselves. The aim of the school is for every student to understand the EU and be involved in some way in an EU project - be it through a mobility, eTwinning or Erasmus+ project.
