The primary objectives for all mobilities include: - Testing and clear definition of the theoretical and practical knowledge in concrete everyday work - Broadening horizons and recognizing professional opportunities in the future - Socialization with employees, supervisors, host families in the foreign language English - Getting to know the everyday work, culture, history, etc. of the host country - Application and expansion of knowledge acquired in the subject of English - Exchange of experiences with colleagues and other project participants - Promotion of team skills through joint leisure activities
In order to guarantee high-quality vocational training, it is very important for our school to be able to offer apprentices the opportunity of an internship abroad. Since the beginning of our commitment in 2011, we have carried out at least one project every school year and we have set ourselves the goal of carrying out at least one project a year in the future, which enables our apprentices to do an internship abroad. It is of great importance for our school to guarantee a differentiated and flexible educational offer in order to satisfy the different abilities and talents as well as the respective requirements of the working world and society. In addition to that, it is also a quality feature that teachers of our school acquire new teaching and learning methods through project work, acquire additional management skills and expand their command of English. Of course it is also important for us to maintain our numerous international contacts. Unfortunately, some planned projects had to be cancelled due to the aftermath of the pandemic years. Fortunately, in consultation with the national agency, we were able to change the destinations of our mobilites.
